Avatar was really cool in Imax.
Hopefully if things go well we will be ideally set up to view it in the basement when it comes out for home release.
every show was sold out till the last day, crazy.
on the way home we had gotten applebees (sarcastic "oh yay") for lunch/dinner and about half an hour later i was looking at it on a sidestreet somewhere north of Grand rapids. then i got home about 6 and slept till about noon the next day
I pretty much blame work for it. 30% stress and 70% schedule. I am soo messed up and disoriented. that was on a saturday @ about 4 when i tossed salad. that mornign I had gotten about 4 hours sleep after working a third shift. prior to that I had gotten about 4 hours sleep after another third shift because my boss decided to call and make a progress check at like 7:30 am after i had just worked 7 pm to 3 am. prior to that was the snowstorm, which meant for some fun plowing snow (I do enjoy it) but I also was up at the but crack of dawn tooling around the hood in the jeep. I actually didnt work the night prior due to the deteriorating conditions , but my odd ever shifting schedule caused me to pretty much not sleep and i figured, hey, i'll just sleep in tomorrow. 4 days 3 nights 2 shifts and 8 hours sleep.....something had to give.
last night i work third shift, tomorrow i work mornings...as far as I know.
The sub standard state of my health and schedule (actually causing me to become nautious, seriously WTF) has caused me to lower my job outlook requirements. hopefully into somethign that may or may not be more attainable. I am now searching at about 60% pay levels. I can get by but if I get to spend time with my family and sleep next to my wife it ought to be worth it.
