approved for a bridge card (food stamps) in the amount of $20 per month for a family of four
that took three months, several visits to their office, two applications and constant phone calls.
an expired unemployment claim.
plate renewal in the amount of nearly $150
drivers license renewal for another 35
and The wife's van needs tires. they are 40k tires with almost 50k on them. they are bald and dangerous. he can barely exit our driveway if its slightly snow covered or muddy.
i'll also have to start paying cobra for insurance.
I was on hold for 3 hours with the unemployment agency and the call got dropped when a text came in wishing me a happy birthday
I am so sick of trying and fighting. Time to walk away and cram ourselves into a tiny appt, dash all the garage related hobby stuff. just give up.
save your patronizing and keep your head up bullshit. and stop asking about cake and ice cream for my birthday, i'm not in the mood, i don't give a fuck and i'd rather do something that will feed my family for a week.
